Thanksgiving is just around the corner. How about telling our students a bit more about culture and traditions?
Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of year for our French students to discover a bit more about other cultures. This lesson is aimed at proficient students in French (B2-C1) or it can even be used for native speakers that want more culture about the United States. However many activities have also been designed in this resource for lower level students so that they can understand the concept of being grateful for what they have.

This lesson is aimed at children and teenagers but it can be adapted for the needs of adults. It contains a powerpoint with 17 slides and an activity booklet with 5 pages so that students can keep a track of their learning. It contains 11 activities in total.

The International Day of Woman is just around the corner and as March is celebrated as Women's History Month, let’s talk to our students about women’s achievements. This resource will help you develop your students’ awareness about the impact of women in History through a wide variety of games, videos, songs and projects. It is quite flexible to work with students from different levels/age groups.
It consists of a powerpoint with 40 slides and its activity booklet for students with 17 pages:
